For this 6,500 sf home on 5 acres in Eagle, Idaho, the property owner had many needs and requests to address. Overall, the property was very dark. So besides enhancing the beauty of the property, safety and security were also priorities for our outdoor lighting design. The landscape was fairly new, so the home itself needed to be the main feature! The homeowner also requested the ability for zoning and dimming. Using Lutron dimmer switches and the Lutron app, we were able to create 4 different zones. The facade, the trees, the driveway, and the backyard. We installed 7 transformers, 168 fixtures, and over a mile of wire. The driveway lights required core-drilling the concrete.
